Summertime calls for fun festivals with your toes in the sand! Luckily after a 5 year long hiatus Flip Flop Festival is making a return! Mark your calendars for June 1st, 2024 as we bring back the sun, sand, and flip-flop fun. Flip Flop is calling. Flip Flop Festival is one of the biggest music festivals in Aruba. Every year the Aruba’s Regatta has several days filled with races and fun on the beach. Sailors from Curacao and Bonaire also come to join in on the fun. Those expected to participate in this year’s event include mini sailboats, beachcats, optimists, kites, IQ-Foils, windsurfers, sunfishes, lasers, and yachts. This year’s regatta will take place on the 28th, 29th and 30th of June 2024, west of Surfside beach, just behind the Neptali Henriquez Speeltuin. There are two full days of racing and a happy hour at the end of each day, with live music, view event details here.
