Part of the Empire of Shadows series each one can be read as standalone yet connect with through the brothers and you don’t have to read the previous, but it does help with understanding. so make sure to double check that you are buckled up, dangerous men, alpha’s personified, possessive, oh, gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a story consisting with three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, betrayal, death, darkness, secrets reveled, violence, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love along the way Krill sexy as all out part of the bratva under Maxim who wants to control all of the underworld ruthless most days, deadly every day, a tad bit crazy….okay a lot of crazy and he just learned he is to marry a mafia princess so going into it not expecting much more than an arranged marriage. Nikita is sweet but has been a pawn under her father despite her dreams and now she is being forced to marry a man she has never met not expecting much from her life but more controlling. This is the 3rd book in the Bykov Bratva series and it's the 7th book in the Empire of Shadows:MC and Mafia Romance series. This is a fast-paced gripping dark and twisted action-packed arranged marriage, enemies to lovers romance between Kirill and Nikita who are from rival families. Kirill and Nikita are being manipulated and used as pawns by their families who arrange a marriage between. They are given no say in the matter and they only meet when they're supposed to marry. What no one could have anticipated though is that Kirill and Nikita fall in love with each other and they form their own alliance. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this fast-paced gripping dark and twisted action-packed arranged marriage, enemies to lovers romance full of betrayal, danger, enemies, lies,secrets, suspense as well as twists and turns that keep you turning the pages to see what's going to happen. I recommend reading this book.

This is an action packed violent story but it is also a love story.

A marriage of convenience on both sides and groom and bride are used pawns in the game each side is playing.
Truths come to the surface and could bring war quicker and closer. Maxim may not be the only one planning to win at any cost. The betrayed could become the betrayed were the empire start to crumble.
Best instalment so far in the series.

I'm usually not a fan of 3rd person point of view, but it worked well in this novella! Nikita & Kirill are from rival bravtas forced into marriage to solidify the alliance after Kirill severed the alliance with the MCs. Either of them wanted this marriage but couldn't deny the connection between them. As tensions continue to build, Nikita & Kirill decide they no longer want to be pawns in their families' games. They want out.

Overall, I loved this book and can't wait to see where their story goes next.

I loved that they formed an alliance together and fell in love with each other. They moved away from their families who only wanted to manipulate them, secrets, lies, betrayals, truth, trust, murder, action, danger, intrigue, and fast-paced. Alliance of Shadows is the best Bykov Bratva book in the series! Autumn Summers has crafted an intricate tale of lies, deceit, action, intrigue, and unexpected love. Kirill is the Bratva soldier you love to hate, but with his new wife Nikita he is the tender loving husband. The secrets revealed in this novella are phenomenal, and the story is well-written and ends with an unexpected bang!

Krill and Nikita are such interesting strong, well-written characters who make this story come alive. They're being used as pawns in a deadly game in this action-packed fast-moving intriguing story. Neither of them wants to marry but decide to ally and by doing so they become a force to be reckoned with. Secrets and betrayal are the norm in their world and you have to wonder if their marriage can survive, do they have a chance of finding happiness amidst all the danger, betrayal and intrgue.

What happens when the pawns of rival family's team up to try and flip the board? Neither Kirill nor Nikita are given a choice in that they are both told that they are to be married. What starts out as a forced marriage turns into a marriage of force as they choose to work together for their own HEA no matter how dangerous.

Alliance of Shadows is book three and a great addition to the Bykov Bratva series. The writing is well done, the characters are well developed, and the story is a page turner. This is a well written book with strong characters in Kirill and Nikita. The author takes you into their lives with an arranged mafia marriage and kept me reading with the enemy to lovers storyline. She brings a steamy romance and paints her scenes perfectly. I loved reading their story.

This installment of the Bykov Bratva series is the most twisted yet. Krill and Nikita have to wade through intrigue, danger, betrayal, and intense situations to get their HOA hopefully. I loved it! I couldn’t put it down. This is so far the best installment yet.

Great read. Danger, truth and hot passion. Characters are fabulous some love to hate, others heart goes out to. Nakita trying to fine favor with her father. Kirill tired of being the pawn to be moved around. This is a must read.

The seventh book in the Bykov Bratva series is Krill’s awesome story. It’s action packed, dark and full of suspense. Lots of deception, secrets and drama. This was a great read,well written with very strong characters.
Kirill and Nikita are enemies, different Mafia Family, thrown together by arranged marriage.

What a wonderful story. I enjoyed the story of Nikita and Kirill, the characters were great, the attraction and chemistry between them too. And despite it being an arranged marriage, they got along well and there is plenty of steam and heat between them.
